Physical Transformation

We often hear the phrase " Your body is the temple of your spirit." This can be interpreted to mean that our physical form is a vehicle to house our consciousness. The spark of life activates the building process for our temple and brings us into physical existence. It is an incredible act of natural creation.

Many people live their lives as if their physical form was indestructible. They treat it badly by not caring for it. Physical transformation can only happen when we learn to love our body and care for it. In doing this we send a strong message to our spirit that we want to be here and in a state of good health.

Our body needs 7 things to live a long healthy life:

  1. Wholesome Nutrition
  2. Clean Water
  3. Deep Breathing
  4. Rest/Sleep
  5. Movement
  6. Love
  7. Touch

If any one of these 7 things is missing, the body will start to breakdown and experience illness.

The physical body also needs support from emotional, spiritual and mental aspects to create balance.
